Beach Trip

My cousins, Bill, Rachel, and Tricia
One of the three fishes that Pierce got in 30 minutes on our last day.

The boys hats say "Pop's Fishing Buddy" and my dad's says "Pierce and Holt's fishing buddy"...guess who got these made?

Playing in the rain!

We just got back from a week at the beach. Besides Holt and I getting sick and our trips to the doctor we had great time. We got to see lots of family which is always fun. We spent a few hours with mommy’s cousin Julie and second cousins Morgan and Quint, visited Mimi (great grandmother) in Myrtle Beach AND got Mellow Mushroom..mommy’s favorite! My Aunt Patricia and Uncle Billy from Philly and my cousins Rachel, Tricia and Billy came for three nights which was really fun. My cousins live in CA, Pittsburgh, and VA so it was a really special treat to have their whole family come. We loved having you guys, thanks so much for coming!! Here were some of our highlights…Pierce went on his first kayak ride with mommy, Holt went on his first bike ride in the bike seat, the boys loved playing in the rain one afternoon, Trash Day (three times a week!), beach time and the boys learning to body surf, Pierce loved being the ‘cracker’ boy while we ate crabs and cracking the crab legs for us, as well as being bucket boy to pick up all of our shells, italian ice, ice cream in Calabash, watching the backhoe fix a broken pipe on the street, and eating way too much yummy food! Here are some of the pictures from the week. Click here for more photos from the beach http://www1.snapfish.com/thumbnailshare/AlbumID=233170671/a=18404324/t_=18404324

It looks like you guys had a great time! I especially love the hats. I can't wait for you to come back to work for a little while...at least some of the "old gang" will be there.
