This was a daily activity, casting off the porches. Pierce had quite a cast by the end of the week. And Holt mastered getting his line tangled each time.
This was a rainy day and I had bought these clay airplane kits down for them to paint and pulled them out when we were going a little stir crazy. As you can see Holt has as much paint on himself as he did on his plane. I also learned that when you get paint kits out of the dollar bin at Micheal's the paint is not washable, Holt wore these colors for a few days.
Another dollar store lesson, kites from the $1 store do not last too long. We finally managed to get there kites up and a minute later Holts flew off the string.
